It’s a mental health focused coaching experience that helps you reach your fitness goals—whether that’s fat loss, toning up, or feeling more energized. You’ll learn to manage stress, overcome emotional eating, and build habits that support lasting change, both physically and mentally.
It’s not therapy—but it’s therapeutic. Using techniques and tools learned through a counseling degree from the University of Montreal, the program includes structured emotional wellness support, mindset exercises, reflections, and weekly coaching calls, combined with personalized fitness training.
